Counseling & Psychotherapy

For those who are curious about the origins of their suffering.
You don’t have to do this alone.

I listen closely and with kindness, giving you space to explore whatever you’re facing. Drawing on my creative arts background, I help you connect with the truth of your experience and use your imagination to open up new possibilities when life feels overwhelming.

I work with people experiencing panic, anxiety, OCD, relational or narcissistic abuse, lingering effects of trauma, and career or relationship challenges. I also support those facing emptiness, existential concerns, loneliness, heartbreak, grief, regret, burnout, or creative blocks.
Together, we work to free you from repetitive thoughts, negative self-talk, and patterns that hold you back, while supporting you in expressing your needs and building stronger connections with yourself and others.

"I am out with lanterns,
looking for myself."
